Next to Manuel Reyes, Manuel Bellido is hands down my favorite builder (ask Tomatito, Vicente Amigo and others why!). This like new Negra once again proves why. From his trademark “0 fret” to his indisputable personal sound, Bellido has carved out a loyal following not only among the top players in Spain, but increasingly, around the globe. As he has aged, it has become more difficult to obtain new guitars, and rarely do owners part with theirs, so used ones are similarly hard to find. Unmistakeably flamenco in every way and pure Bellido.
