This is a superb guitar from one of the more widely appreciated builders in Madrid, Marcelino Lopez. This guitar is near mint, with no cracks, no repairs, and only one string ding visible below the tie block, otherwise flawless. Well played in and extremely 'open' with ample volume and a highly romantic character. The guitar was well cared for in a fine collection which accounts for its excellent condition. If, like most of us, you appreciate the lush emotional character of fine vintage Spanish guitars, you will adore this guitar. Consider having this guitar, and the other 1961 Marcelino Lopez #277 that I have available, sent to you at the same time and simply pick the one that you like the most.
