This Connor guitar has found a new home...

Connor has gathered a lot of fans, and his guitars are generally described to me as 'players guitars'. Not too sure what is exactly meant by that, but this guitar has a fine voice, is well constructed, and with the elevated fret board is comfortable to play over all the entire fret board. Connor is using a lattice style bracing utilizing a variety of bracing woods and no carbon fiber. This gives the voice a strong, focused, somewhat 'woody' character and the notes are clear and well balanced throughout. He uses a good sized sound port, and I like the effect it produces for the player, similar to Bastien Burlot's oversized port. Connor includes a clever port cover of the same wood as the back and sides and when it is in place you almost can't detect that a port is even there. Good power, nice tone, and good playability, must equal a "players guitar". Sounds good to me.
