This rendition by English luthier Philip Woodfield utilizes the basic simplicity and perfection of the Torres design, but adds subtle but artistic embellishments that produce a truly classic result. From the flowering vine motif of the rosette which echoes a similar pattern on the label, to the delicate 'double helix' inlay work adorning the back, the care taken by the builder is obvious.
