This is a credible effort by Monrad who builds out of Healdsburg California, the Healdsburg of guitar festival fame. This guitar is cleanly built with good attention to detail and utilizes a twelve hole tie block, which I favor along with many builders. He uses a compensated nut and saddle and the guitar is in near new condition with only some very light string impressions below the tie block, but otherwise in as new condition. Fans of this style will certainly appreciate this guitar and it is competitive in this price range.
