Phillip Woodfield guitars are showing up in the hands of fine artists everywhere. Egil Haugland, Arne Brattland, Jonathan Salfield, Clive Carrol, members of the Duo Gvito, Pro Arte Trio and the Arctic Guitar Trio have been recently joined by English artist Raymond Burley and Italian concert artist Giulio Tampalini all playing Woodfield guitars. The series ll is a beautiful work of art, the tasteful decorative motif sets it apart visually and identifies it as a Series ll, the soundboard is fan braced Spruce, tuners are individual Rodgers. A fine guitar in near new condition save for a few very minor playing marks. This guitar has opened up nicely and has the clear, bright 'sparkling' tone that the series ll is known for, Philip obtains excellent volume from this design as well, and the guitar has excellent focus and projection.
