This is a wonderful guitar, well OK, the six strings that I can play are wonderful, I don't play a seven string! Greg has a multi year waiting list at present and a new 7 string like this would cost in excess of $12,000. In fact, Greg is currently building a 7 string guitar for John Dearman of the LA Guitar Quartet. No surprise there, Greg is a superb builder and anybody seeking an excellent 7 string would be highly pleased with one built by him. I love the tone of this guitar, it has a lovely warm quality and while the current owner was playing it for me I was able to appreciate just how beautiful it sounds from in front of the guitar as well. Full and rich, with Greg's trademark 'spot on' intonation, all complimented by the easy action and elevated fingerboard. If you are looking for a seven string you would be doing yourself a favor to preview this guitar. Rodgers tuners too! I am looking forward to hearing John Dearman play his one day...
